Goals
Expands on Chapter 14 in the book
Most goal-setting advice stops at "write it down", but the book goes much further, as we peel back the layers most frameworks skip. We look at the difference between a goal and a target, why confusing them stalls progress, and how to anchor each goal to a real “why.” We explore how to set real start and end points, even for goals that feel too qualitative to measure, why positive framing changes what an individual or team actually does, and how to map a goal's impact so its value is obvious before you've invested a single hour. We also discuss decomposing ambition into pieces small enough to actually finish, and how to stay on track when the initial motivation fades.
